Free Wallpaper, ePosterCards and Screen Savers

For free wallpaper and ePosterCards FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:

1)just go to any of the following sources of images:

Paintings - for wallpaper and ePostCards of Neel's Paintings
Rocky Mountains - for wallpaper and ePostCards of Alberta Foothills country
Gallery - for an ever expanding Gallery of images for wallpaper and ePosterCards
Track and Field - for images from World Championship Track and Field

2)Click on the title of the thumbnail image or directly on thumbnail to get an enlargement of the thumnail image.

3a) Click on the EPostCard link at the top to send and have delivered free an eMail with image you selected.
or
3b)To make wallpaper of the image - just right-mouse click and in IE choose Set as Background; or in Netscape choose Set as Wallpaper.

For Mac users follow instructions below depending on which OS you are running:

Mac OS X

Choose an image and save it to your desktop. Open System Preferences, click on Displays, and check your current resolution.

Staying in System Preferences, click on Desktop Settings. Drag the image from your desktop to the preview box in the Desktop Preferences window.

Mac OS 8 and 9

Choose an image and save it to your desktop.

Open the Appearance control panel. Select the Desktop Folder tab, then click on the Set Desktop button.


Screensavers(Windows only):

Here are some screensavers for free dowload just click on the image.The screensavers average about 900KB so expect a 2-4 minute download with a 56K modem. Save the download program to a temporary directory.Then run the downloaded program. It will automatically install the screensaver - and allow you to test it right away. Most screensavers have a melody attached; if you do not want sound just turn it off with the sound icon in your Systray(lower right on your screen) - or from the Sound control in Control Pamel. Also don't forget to delete the downloaded screensaver install program when you are done.

Note we shall collect from the Gallery users favorite images and collect them into new screen savers over time.
